Job Description
Performs a variety of clerical tasks in support of the owner/ other individuals as assigned.

General Clerk Responsibilities
Performs routine, record-keeping tasks.
Sorts documents according to subject matter and arranges them in alphabetical, numerical, or chronological order.
Files materials; Looks up information or retrieves materials from files as requested.
Maintains files by making appropriate entries when materials are added or removed.
Answers telephones, take and relay messages, make appointments, answer limited questions, and sort/distribute mail.
Complies with company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations color, religion, sex/gender, age, national origin, disability, citizenship, veteran status or any other legally protect category.
Maintains clients/companies confidentiality.
Performs any miscellaneous work assignments as may be required.
Education
High School Diploma, preferred.
Experience
None Required.
Physical Demands
Primarily sedentary in nature with lifting less than ten pounds; reaching, handling, near-visual acuity, talking and hearing.
Travel
As Assigned.
Working Conditions
Inside in well-lighted, well-ventilated areas.

Hours
Part-time during normal working business hours. Weekend/ evening hours as assigned. Potential to increase to full time hours.
